About Delivery
- Parcels
We use premium couriers Evri and DPD for our domestic parcels. Both of these companies boast the very best in tracking and courier tech. UK delivery is usually within 1-2 days of dispatch. You will be kept in the loop regarding tracking your parcel, from collection right through to delivery with their email and text notifications and live online trackers. This will enable you to take control of your delivery.
- Collection
You can collect in person from our location in Dundee or from Errol Sunday Market (By appointed only,please message me before)
Returns
We work hard to ensure that you receive your item in one piece, and we have an excellent reputation for outstanding packaging and very limited breakages. In the rare event of a breakage we will replace your item free of charge. We will ask you to send a photo of the damaged item to us prior to any replacement being sent out. Please contact us regarding any items that may have been damaged in transit within 7 days of receiving the item. Replacements are processed rapidly and usually within 2-3 days.
If for any reason you wish to return your order, please let us know within 14 days of receiving it. Return postage will have to be paid for by the buyer and we can arrange a collection or you are welcome to arrange your own courier.
